Onion
Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp of grape oil
Romaine lettuce
1 slice of avocado

Preparation:

Stir fry the veggies for about 5 minutes, then add the fish and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with the lettuce and avocado. Enjoy!
