My breakfast today:

1 whole egg

3 egg whites

1 slice of @p28 bread with a dash of cinnamon and a sprinkle of stevia

1 orange, sliced

Rather than drinking a glass of orange juice that contains around 38 grams of sugar, or more, I always preferred eating the fruit. This way I take advantage of all the fiber, vitamins and minerals in it.

For my snack, a yellow or golden apple with almond butter (homemade) 
Almond butter is an excellent option for your snacks. Remember to only eat a tbsp or 2 oz a day and enjoy with a piece of fruit or good carb. 
Ingredients:

2 cups of saltless almonds

1 blender

1 oven

Preparation: Place the almonds on a baking tray and in a 350/F degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes, then blend without adding anything else. Blend until it’s creamy (about 5 minutes). Put it in a glass container and in the fridge. You do NOT need to add any sweeteners, sugar, or oil.  Enjoy!
