Today’s dinner is delicious and super simple to make!

Asian style vegetable chicken served on a bed of lettuce.

5 oz of chicken 
1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium) 
Red onion - chopped

Mushrooms - sliced

Red, bellow and orange bell Peppers - chopped 
Romaine lettuce 
Olive or grape seed oil 
Cooking wine 
Salt & pepper to taste 
Method: In a pre-heated skillet, add the oil, onions, mushrooms y peppers, sauté them for a few minutes and add the chicken with a dash of salt and pepper. Cook together in medium heat.

When the Chicken starts to brown, add the cooking wine and the soy sauce, be careful with the soy sauce, it contains lots of sodium, so make sure you get a low sodium one. 
Serve he cooked chicken on top of the bed of lettuce and its ready to enjoy!
