Dinner is (almost) ready!

Mahi Mahi seasoned with olive oil, garlic and dill – cooked in the oven at 350/F for about 15 minutes.

I served it with salad: spinach, grated carrots and cucumbers. For the dressing I made my favorite one: sesame oil, rice vinegar and aminos sauce. 
This is a very quick and easy recipe plus it is delicious!

My breakfast this morning:

1 whole egg

3 egg whites

1/3 cup oatmeal

2/3 cup of water

Dash of pumpkin Spice

1 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh strawberries

Honey 
1 tbsp of hemp seeds

I prepared an omelet with the eggs.
For the oatmeal: in a small pot add the oatmeal and the water, stir constantly until the mixture thickens, once it does, turn off and add the pumpkin spice, vanilla extract and the honey, serve with fresh strawberries and sprinkle with the hemp seeds.

This breakfast will keep you full for a long time and it will provide you with enough energy for your morning.
